MON AVIS SUITE AU TOUR SOGNEFJORD & NAEROYFORD IN A NUTSHELL, post sur TRIPADVISOR, FACEBOOK, GOOGLE AVISTRS DCEVANT, JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS !ATTENTION : beaucoup trop cher pour ce que cest, prix excessif !!!1. Quand vous achetez ce tour, en ralit vous achetez les billets de transport (billet bus/train/bateau...) ; transports publiques pour certains, on imagine facilement que le prix de base pour ces transports est bien sr VRAIMENT plus bas que celui que nous avons pay. On vous donne un carnet de billets et vous de faire attention ne pas rater les horaires des diffrents moyens de transport. 3 bus, deux bateaux, un train (enfin, un RER). Somme toute, une journe passe dans les transports . Les arrts sont courts, mal indiqus, ne permettent pas de prendre le temps de se balader. Nous avons eu du retard sur certains horaires (bateau en retard), donc on a loup des bus, on sest retrouves seules avec dautres touristes dans des zones industrielles attendre des bus inconnus. Nous avons t laisses labandon des arrts inconnus sans rien autour, attendre les bus.2. Excursion trs lente et longue ! Beaucoup de transports donc, quasiment QUE du transport. Si vous prvoyez de prendre ce tour, PRVOYEZ DES ACTIVITS. Le premier ferry (environ 2h30 dans le bateau) est vraimeeeeent lent, les paysages sont certes trs beaux mais aprs 1h de ferry, lennui est palpable... prvoir des livres, de quoi manger, boire, jeux de socit, bref... Excitant au dbut, nous avons t dpites par la suite. Nous avons discut avec dautres touristes, le ressenti tait le mme. INTERMINABLE. De plus, aucune informations historiques ou culturelles de ce nom, donc on paye encore une fois seulement le transport, nous de nous dbrouiller. On voit des choses sans rien en savoir ou en connatre.+ le retour se fait en express boat... de 4 heures !!! Cest vraiment une journe entire dans les transports ou dans les gares qui jonchent le parcours. 3. Le prix est vraiment trop lev, on ne sattendait pas a. Heureusement que nous ntions pas frileuses et avons pu nous baigner entre deux trajets en bus, sur le port (et on a pu bronzer mais sinon). Franchement, je pense que parcourir la cte avec une voiture a bien plus dintrt que ce tour. Je mets au moins une toile pour faire justice aux paysages norvgiens, mais je pense que dpenser environ 200 dans ce tour, cest de lattrape touriste. Je me demande comment ce tour peut-tre dsign comme best tour : beaucoup de communication, de pub, de marketing sans doute. Mais a ne vaut pas le coup. Loffice du tourisme qui nous a vendu ce tour ne nous a pas prvenu de tout a, sinon bien videmment nous ne laurions pas pris. Cest donc 190 environ quon a jet la poubelle. PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN, louez une voiture, un vlo, une trottinette, que sais-je mais pargnez vous de payer un prix indcent pour une journe dennui.Pas vraiment cordialement, LP.
We did the Norway in a Nutshell tour with them and it was our favorite that we did in Scandinavia. We did the tour that started in Bergen and ended in Oslo. The entire journey was so scenic. It was really cool to be able to take so many modes of transportation. The least scenic part was probably the first train out of Bergen. Our favorite two legs were the fjord cruise and the Flam railroad. It's not really a tour in the normal sense. They just book your tickets for you. The transfers were easy to find. We did the premium boat cruise and I think it was worth it. The boat was really nice. The inside had really comfortable chairs with outlets everywhere. There was also a cafe inside and bathrooms. The outside had incredible views. We had a couple of hours to explore Flam which was really nice. We had lunch at the local brewery and browsed some of the local shops. It's a long day. We left Bergen around 8 am and didn't get to Oslo until 11 pm. Unfortunately, our last train was delayed so we got in an hour later than expected.This is an amazing tour with incredible views the entire day. It's relaxing and beautiful. I would highly recommend anyone going to Norway to do this tour!
Every so often in your life there is something that happens that is so infuriating and unreasonable that you must complain about it. This is the case of Fjord Tours AS operating from Mollendalsveien 1A, N5009, Bergen, Norway. We purchased a Norway in a Nutshell tour (about $300) from these people for June 2018 as part of a once in a lifetime trip my wife and I were taking to Norway. In Mid-April 2018 my wife broke her ankle and by early May it was clear we were going to have to cancel our trip in total including the Norway in a Nutshell tour. I dealt with a cruise line, multiple hotels, an airline line, other tour offices in Norway, other ticket offices and in every instance I received all or part of our money back- EXCEPT Fjord Tours AS which apparently has a strict policy against refunds except if you purchase its cancellation protection. Frankly when I processed my order with Fjord Tours AS I was not even aware they had cancellation coverage. They had plenty of time to re-book my trip, but stand by their unreasonable policy. When I tried to discuss this with the people in the office they were rude, unyielding and inhuman. They recited their policy but conveniently neglect to admit that they are keeping all your money and providing no services. This is a racket and a scam plain and simple and I can only hope that this post/review and others deter people from using this tour company. Do yourself a big favor and book your tours through another company there are plenty to choose- but don't use Fjord Tours AS. DONT FALL FOR THIS TRAP.
What an awesome day! Loved the rides on the trains - especially the Flam railway! Fjord cruise was just amazing!!
We did a 50 min sea plane from Bergen. Amazing stunning views all the way. And even went over a glacier. Stunning way too complete a cruise by seeing from air what we had seen from the ship.
